The idea of being satisfied with a workplace or somewhere to relax is pretty simple. You sit down to work, lean back to play some games or watch some TV shows and you don’t think much about it. While comfortable, it takes a lot to achieve and the Mavix M7 delivers in spades with the new FS 360 armrests.
Going from my somewhat cheap computer chair purchased from Amazon’s vast catalogs to the Mavix M7 was like night and day. My old chair was fine, it worked, and I have no complaints about it, but I have nothing but praise for the Mavix M7, and it takes a while to make a piece of furniture that I have to sit on for at least eight hours. one day
The fully adjustable FS 360 armrests mean I don’t feel like any corners are being cut, and I don’t want to. One thing It was a little different. Instead, it was more than I could ask for – but so what This is Asks for a higher price. At the time of writing, the cost is $777.77 for the M7 chair (down from $859.99), and an additional $164.99 for the new FS 360 armrests – is it worth the investment?
First and foremost, the most important aspect of any chair is comfort. Sitting for long periods of time, be it for work or relaxation, you want to be comfortable more than anything. After using the Mavix M7 daily for work, gaming and reading, I can easily say that it is the most comfortable office chair I have ever used. Posture and lumbar support are excellent, and the mesh material means the chair doesn’t feel stiff or grow uncomfortable over extended periods.
Adaptation to include; Mavix M7 can be tweaked in every way to your liking. Adjustable backrest height, headrest position, seat depth, multiple recline options and recline pressure make this a chair you can easily tweak when you need to. Sit up straight during work and support your preferences, and adjust to a certain and reclining position for relaxation when you take it easy – one way or another, it covers you.
The wheels aren’t what you’d find on a roller blade, which is definitely typical for an office chair – but I have to say, the aesthetic it provides remains sleek and professional, and the overall look is well suited. Each wheel can be individually locked into place, so you can have the chair where you need it, how you want it.
The cherry on top is the adjustable FS 360 armrests. Although they cost extra to an already expensive chair, I’d say the benefit is worth it. The armrests can be rotated, the arms themselves can be rotated, the height can be adjusted and they can be brought forward to extend their reach. They’re so easy to use – I adjust the arms throughout the day as I change the way I sit, and they’re so simple to maneuver that it becomes second nature.
If you want to go the extra mile to do this the fancier The chairs you use, you can also add the option of a Mavix Elemax heating/cooling and massage unit. This addition is incorporated into the lumbar support of the chair, and offers heating, fans for cooling, a vibration massager with two levels of intensity, and a choice of continuous or varying vibrations. This extra will set you back another $129.99, and whether or not it’s worth it is entirely up to you. The feature is good, and works ideally for all it has to offer, but it’s an unnecessary luxury.
Overall, if you are looking to buy a decent office chair that you want to invest in, this is a fantastic choice. This is a very expensive option, setting you back around $1,000 for the chair and armrests. Chairs with more features and adjustability will inevitably cost more, and if you’re spending a large amount of money on a chair, you want to make sure you’re choosing the right one. It’s such a high price that it’s hard to give a simple ‘yes or no’ verdict, but if you’re comfortable spending in this range, I strongly feel you’ll be comfortable with the chair.
