The median listed home price has increased by nearly 9.9% since July 2021. The average home in Delaware County is 1,726 square feet and is listed at $91 per square foot.
The Delaware County market was busy, averaging 32 days on market. A month ago, homes had an average of 28 days on the market. The market added 124 new home listings in July compared to 148 added in July 2021. The market ended the month with about 164 listings of homes for sale.
Average home prices given by Realtor.com may exclude more or more homes on the market. Price and volume represent single-family homes, condominiums or townhomes only. They include existing homes, but exclude most new constructions and pending and contingent sales.

Randolph County home prices rose 26.1% to a median of $144,900 from a month ago. A typical home was on the market for 24 days, up from 30 days a month ago. A typical 1,620-square-foot home was priced at $87 per square foot.
Henry County home prices fell 25.2% to a median of $230,000 a month earlier. The typical home was on the market 59 days, up from 64 days a month ago. A typical 1,906-square-foot home was priced at $117 per square foot.
Home prices in Blackford County rose 0.1% to a median of $100,000 from a month ago. The typical home was on the market for 36 days, up from 33 days a month ago. A typical 1,632-square-foot home had a list price of $66 per square foot.
Jay County home prices rose 14.7% to a median of $170,000 from a month ago. A typical home was on the market for 30 days to 38 days a month ago. A typical 2,084-square-foot home was priced at $92 per square foot.
Across Indiana, median home prices were $278,000, down 0.2% from a month ago. This central Indiana home for sale has 1,954 square feet with a list price of $139 per square foot.
Across the United States, median home prices were $449,024, down 0.2% from the previous month. The average American home for sale has 1,890 square feet and is listed at $227 per square foot.
